Under the vigilant supervision of a skilled Chef, the teams will have to work towards the creation of a set menu. From the choice of the basic ingredients to the mise en place, the competitors will have to carefully plan every single phase assigning roles and tasks to each colleague in order to achieve the desired result. The best possible performance will be possible by actively collaborating with one another and being aware that success can not be achieved by a single person. The jury will decide the winning team by evaluating the technical skills, the presentation, the taste, the harmony and the layout of each one. One thing is certain: nobody will be left to dry mouth! To “finish cooking” toast and tasting of the delicacies prepared.
