Fifth day
Itria Valley

Breakfast and transfer to the world-famous Itria Valley. Trulli (typical Apulian dry-stone buildings) are nestled among vineyards and olive groves that stretch as far as the eye can see; this is the authentic part of the Itria Valley. The landscape seems like a timeless place, in the heart of which lie
charming villages like Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino. They all appear like a mirage, harmoniously standing on the hillside rising from a green plateau covered with olive trees and plunging into the blue Adriatic Sea. Life here is serene, full of scents and flavors as it once was. Let your senses guide you to discover different habitats: olive groves
centuries old and green pastures, fossil dunes and enchanting beaches. Accommodation
in 4* hotel Victor Country Resort, located in the countryside and surrounded by nature. Followed by a visit to Alberobello, a town with numerous trulli, a UNESCO heritage site.

Sixth day
Slow Food Presidium

Breakfast and transfer to the starting point of the Hiking tour (about 15 km). In the afternoon, visit to an agritourism farm that produces high quality, healthy and natural cured meats and cheeses in the heart of the Itria Valley. Here we will taste capocollo, a Slow Food Presidium. This area has always been devoted, by tradition and ideal climate, to the production of high quality cured meats because the flavor of the cured meats in the curing phase takes shape thanks to the air, which blows in from the Adriatic
or from the Ionian, depending on the winds. Transfer to hotel and free evening.

Seventh day
Alta Murgia

Breakfast and departure for Alta Murgia, home of durum wheat semolina bread. In the morning, visit at Altamura bakery with tasting
of Altamura's delicious bread, focaccia and baked goods. We will be able to taste the flavor of good soft bread, unique and inimitable, the result of both the typical craftsmanship handed down by ancient tradition and the specific climatic conditions in which it is produced.
Accommodation in a typical 3* masseria, Masseria Protomastro, in the countryside of Gravina in Puglia.
