Arrival at Bari Palese airport. Transfer to 4-star hotel in Itria Valley, where an exquisite dinner will await us. Breakfast at the hotel and transfer for the full day at the beautiful San Domenico Golf Club near Fasano, just steps from the sea. Considered one of the best golf clubs in Italy, San Domenico Golf is a prestigious 18-hole course on the Adriatic Sea: 6300 mt of winding lawns that chase each other among centuries-old olive trees along an enchanting stretch of coastline, giving golfers spectacular glimpses of the sea. An Italian stop on the PGA European Challenge Tour Grand Final, San Domenico Golf was designed by European Golf Design, which has built some of the most prestigious international golf courses such as Celtic Manor, Portmarnack in Ireland and PGA Catalunya. Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to spend the entire day at the wonderful Barialto Golf Club, surrounded by nature but only 5 minutes from the city of Bari, the capital of Puglia. Barialto Golf Club turns out an elegant and refined setting and is one of the best Italian examples of architecture integrated into the green: 6,000 meters among palm trees, centuries-old olive trees and five lakes with reeds and water lilies, home to herons, coots and mallards that have found their ideal habitat here. Barialto offers golfers ample space for sport and conviviality. At sunset, we will take a nice walk in beautiful Polignano a Mare. Polignano a Mare is a wonderful town on the Adriatic Sea. Native town of singer-songwriter Domenico Modugno for his now internationally renowned song "Nel Blu Dipinto Di Blu (Volare)." Its historic center is on cliffs overlooking the sea, where balconies and flower-filled streets offer a truly poetic and exciting setting. Free time, return to hotel and dinner.

Breakfast at the hotel and depart for an enthralling day in the heart of the Itria Valley. Alberobello is the world capital of trulli and a UNESCO site. A trullo is a dry-stone cottage with a traditional Apulian conical dome. Trulli dot the entire Murgia, the heart of the region. Trulli were built as temporary rural shelters, warehouses, or actual houses by smallholders or farm laborers. Followed by a visit to the Albea Wine Museum & Winery, with local wine tasting and typical Apulian light lunch. The Wine Museum of the Albea Winery is the symbol of the Apulian wine renaissance, taking the excellent wines of this peculiar territory to the highest levels. In the afternoon, convenient transfer to Bari Palese airport and departure.
