Once the purchase procedure is complete, confirm that you have read and understand the General Conditions of Contract listed below, accept them and recognize their unlimited legal effectiveness.

Please read carefully the contents of this document, as the respective rights and obligations are defined here.
In these General Terms and Conditions, the terms “you” and “your”, “your” refer to all the names indicated in the purchase (including the names added or substituted at a later time). “We” and “our” refer to HollyTour. The term “Suppliers” refers to any third party that can provide transport services, hôtellerie or any other service directly contracted with you.


1. Your purchase

By making a purchase, the person completing the process is identified as the group leader and confirms that he / she is authorized by the other participants to adhere to these General Conditions of Contract. The group leader is responsible for any payments due to us.
We will confirm your stay (which is subject to availability) by sending you a confirmation note via e-mail or traditional post of payment completed successfully. Please check the booking confirmation carefully and contact us if this document or any other information appears incomplete or incorrect, as it may not be possible to change it later.
We remind you that by making the payment you declare to be of age, the children and young people who stay must be accompanied by an adult.


2. Your Contract

The contract is in force when we send you confirmation of payment. The aforementioned contract is subject to Italian laws and the parties agree that any dispute will be the responsibility of Italian law.


3. The cost of your stay

We reserve the right to increase or decrease the rates at any time. The price of your stay will still be confirmed at the time of payment.

From the moment in which your booking is confirmed by payment (subject to errors and omissions), the price of your stay will not be increased / will not change. In the confirmed rate will not include any local tourist taxes introduced by the 2007 Budget Law. The hotel booked reserves the right to add the amount of the aforementioned taxes to the confirmed rate. We reserve the right to correct any errors, both in the advertised price and in the confirmed price. We will update prices as soon as we are aware of the error. Please note that errors and changes may occasionally occur. We advise you to check the price of your chosen stay at the time of purchase.


4. Changes made by you

In case you want to make changes to your booking, you must necessarily this website, in the “My Reservations” section. Although it is our goal to assist you, we can not guarantee that we will be able to meet all your requests for changes. When the conditions for making the change requested to the booking made by you are made, such operation will be treated as a cancellation and a subsequent re-booking and any consequent cancellation penalty will be applicable (see point 6 of this document).


5. Cancellations made by you

Once the purchase is made, it will not be possible to cancel the reservation.
Contact Holly Tour promptly, to be assisted and in case proceed with the cancellation of the reservation, in compliance with the cancellation policy provided by Holly Tour.


6. Changes and cancellations made by us

We plan offers and rates several months in advance. Occasionally we need to make changes or correct errors on the website and other details, both before and after bookings have been confirmed. We try to avoid changes and cancellations as much as possible, but we reserve the right to make changes. Most changes are of a minor nature, but occasionally we need to make more significant changes. In this case, we will endeavor to communicate it to you as soon as possible. If there is the possibility and time necessary to prepare things before the departure date of your stay, we will propose the following alternatives:

(a) (for significant modifications) accept the modified conditions
(b) an alternative stay proposed by us, with similar or higher standards and conditions than originally booked, or
(c) cancel or accept the cancellation, in which case any payment already made to us will be canceled. Please note that the alternatives proposed above are not applicable in case the changes are of a minor nature.


7. Force Majeure

Except for the cases expressly provided for by these General Conditions of Contract, we are not responsible for any costs or additional expenses incurred by you (as described in detail in point 9) or in the event that the complete or partial use of our services is limited due to the occurrence of causes of “force majeure”. In this document relating to the General Conditions of Contract, “force majeure” means any event that can not be foreseen or avoided by us or our service providers, despite all the attention paid. This type of event includes war or related events, riots, civil wars, terrorist attacks, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, strikes or any other event beyond our control.


8. Our responsibility towards you

It is our intent to reassure you that all the services provided in your booking are prepared with the utmost care. We will be responsible for any deficiencies incurred during your stay, in the event that the cause is attributable to a default of ours or our employees (if they were operating in their faculties and duties as an employee) or due to lack of our booking and sales agents (where applicable). It will be your responsibility to show that there has actually been a breach on our part, in case you wish to make a claim. We will not be liable for any illness, injury or injury, death, loss of any personal effects, damage, additional cost in any of the following cases:

(a) due to lack of attribution to one or more persons belonging to the group of participants
(b) due to a failure to be attributed to a third party not directly connected with the provision of the service or stay, failures that could not have been foreseen or avoided, or
(c) because of an event or circumstance that we or the provider of the service in question could not have foreseen or avoided, despite the maximum care applied
(d) due to the lack of any third parties who are not directly involved in providing services on our behalf.

Beyond that, we will not be responsible for the lack of enjoyment of your stay due to a lack of communication on your part of some important element to that effect at the time of booking or not resulting in the booking contract.
In particular, we will not be responsible for any service that is not expressly included in the contract. This excludes from liability, for example, any additional service provided directly by the hotel or by an external supplier, not reported in the terms of the offer and which has not been agreed at the time of booking.


9. Problems and complaints

In case you have any reason to make a complaint or have any problem with you, you are obliged to immediately inform the service provider in question. Any verbal notification must be reported in writing and sent as soon as possible to our supplier. Until we know of a problem, we can not try to solve it. Many problems can be solved quickly. On the contrary, in case you remain unsatisfied, you can write directly or call us, indicating the confirmation code of your booking and a complete description of your complaint.


10. Behavior

At the time of purchase, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by yourself or by a participant in your group. Full and immediate payment will be required for any damage or loss caused, directly to the manager / manager of the hotel or the service provided. If you fail to do so, you will be liable for any lawsuits brought against you and you will be required to pay even full of our legal fees and those of any third parties involved.


11. General conditions for suppliers

Some of the services that make up your holiday are offered by suppliers independent of Holly Tour. The latter provide the provision of these services according to their general conditions of sale.


12. Special requests and health problems

If you have any special requests, we ask you to communicate them before buying. Although we will try to satisfy you in all requests, as long as these are reasonable, we can not guarantee that every request is met without our written confirmation. You will get written confirmation to your request (where possible) if the request itself is of fundamental importance to you. The confirmation that the request has been notified or sent to the supplier or included in the special requests on the receipt or any other documentation, is not confirmation that such request will be satisfied.
Unless specifically indicated, all special requests are subject to availability. We are sorry not to be able to accept them for purchases with special conditions, e.g. in the purchase where a particular condition of fulfillment of a special request is specified. All purchases will be treated as “standard” purchases subject to the aforementioned provisions of special requests.
If you or any person you know should have health problems or disabilities that could affect the progress of your holiday, please notify as soon as possible. If we reasonably believe that we can not satisfy the particular needs indicated by you, we reserve the right to proceed with the cancellation terms provided or, if such information is not received at the time of purchase, then will not be taken in consideration.


13. Travel documents

You are responsible for all travel documents and vouchers. You will not be reimbursed if, due to unauthorized travel documents, you can not make or complete your stay and we will not be responsible for any additional costs that you may incur accordingly.
