The spa area covers 630 square meters and inside it offers exclusive health and beauty paths. It is an island of tranquility and psycho-physical harmony , extremely accurate in every detail, in order to be able to secure a total relaxation .
Inside the spa you can indulge in relaxing effect of a wonderful Finnish sauna, the sweet underwater water massage in the pool, the pleasant warm moist atmosphere of the steam room and the professionalism of experienced staff for pampering treatments.
Our wellness offer includes access to the sauna, turkish bath, whirlpool, pool, relaxation area and tea area.
Meal
The main restaurant with its heated outdoor area and indoor dining room offers buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu offers a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes and Basilicata cuisine accompanied by a wide selection of appetizers, meat and fish dishes , salad buffet, dessert and fruit. They included in the service of the house wine and water in a jug. On request you can buy the wine list. During the week we organize theme nights with culinary surprises of the chef.
Gluten-free cuisine : provide food for the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), but we can not ensure the absence of contamination by not having a separate kitchen. In structure it is possible to refer to Maître to get the best advice.
BAR CENTRALE
The Central Bar is a pleasant meeting place for an aperitif or cocktail, accompanied at times by live music.
POOL BAR
By the pool is the Pool Bar, a place of entertainment and themed dance nights.
Infant services
All animation services are structured and segmented by age group:
- Baby Club (3-6 years) is an addictive kids club which provides specialized assistance and dedicated play area. The Baby Club with its mascot welcomes young guests who will find colored spaces and reserved for them in the pool and on the beach.
- Mini Club (7-12 years) is a compelling proposal club with recreational activities dedicated, specialized care, playground equipped, laboratory – theater.
- Junior Club (13-18 years) is a special club for young people who are dedicated to sports tournaments, the laboratory of cabaret, school hip-hop and zumba.
There is a rich daily and evening entertainment program with a piano bar. It will also be possible to access the great amphitheater of the nearby village of Torre Faro to attend shows gala and musical.
BABY FEEDING ROOM
The “Biberoneria” is a space dedicated to the parents of our young guests (up to 3 years old) by the time of the meal. It is full of equipment and major products for the preparation of meals. During times of worker meals will be available to mothers for preparing baby food. By way of example will be served meat and vegetable broths, vegetable soup, pastries, slices of meat, fish, dairy products, fresh fruit. They are excluded from the service: fresh milk, milk for infants and homogenized.
You can apply for child care for a fee.
Beach / Sea
The Portogreco Hotel beach is more than a beautiful and lush pine forest, protected oasis of WWF .
Located about 600 meters from the hotel, it can be reached by a pleasant walk in a pristine pine forest or a shuttle service by electric shuttle. The intention is to marry an eco-friendly philosophy in order to enhance the beautiful surrounding nature and minimize the environmental impact .
II coastline consists of fine white sand and extends for tens of kilometers. The beach is equipped with beds, chairs and umbrellas, showers and toilets. The seabed, being very sloping, is ideal for the smaller guests.
The Bar is open from 10 to 19 and offers the opportunity for pleasant snack during the lunch (paid hours).
They are also available to guests canoes and paddleboats .
Sports and activities
For sports lovers, as well as the daily fitness activities with specialized staff are on hand:

Among the various sports activities includes the Sea Walking, a new sport that is easy to learn and exercise for all ages, combining sport and well-being. It is a walking technique that is practiced with the aid of special sticks directly into the sea. It is rather a tool to both muscle toning that physical training for athletes of all disciplines.
At the Hotel Portogreco there is a large Sea Walking daily activities program with a driving range that stretches for three kilometers.
SAILING
Beach lovers will have a unique opportunity to learn to know and love one in close contact with water sports and adventure : sailing. Depending on the requirements are provided courses aimed at the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical basic or more advanced courses.
