From the selection of basic ingredients to the mise en place, competitors will have to carefully plan each step by assigning roles and tasks to each colleague in order to achieve the desired result. The best possible performance will be possible by actively cooperating with each other and being aware that success, cannot be achieved by a single person. The jury will determine the winning team by evaluating each one's technical skills, presentation, taste, harmony, and layout. One thing is certain: no one will be left high and dry! At the "finished cooking" toast and tasting of the delicacies prepared.
